EMDR THERAPY IN LOS FELIZ,SILVER LAKE & HOLLYWOOD

Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, anxiety, masking, or constantly second-guessing yourself and your relationships. Maybe you’ve done therapy before and understand your patterns intellectually, but still feel stuck repeating them.

I offer trauma-informed therapy and EMDR intensives in Los Feliz for adults who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin healing at the root.

Therapy in Los Feliz for Trauma, Anxiety & Burnout

Our past experiences can shape how we move through the world long after those experiences are over. Trauma, chronic stress, emotionally immature relationships, burnout, masking, family dynamics, and attachment wounds can impact your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.

Therapy can help you better understand those patterns while building greater self-trust, emotional regulation, connection, and safety within yourself.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients begin therapy because they are tired of surviving and want to feel more connected, grounded, and emotionally present in their lives.

EMDR THERAPY & INTENSIVES

Rewire your nervous system to experience greater calm, increase focus, and reconnect with purpose and joy.

Many clients come to EMDR after years of overthinking their patterns while still feeling emotionally reactive, overwhelmed, disconnected, or trapped in survival mode.

EMDR works by helping the nervous system reprocess difficult experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity or automatic responses. EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, childhood wounds, chronic stress, and negative beliefs about yourself.

My approach to EMDR is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in nervous system safety. I integrate attachment-focused work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices to support deeper, sustainable healing.

  • EMDR intensives can be a supportive option if:

    • You feel stuck in the same emotional patterns despite years of therapy

    • You want deeper trauma work without waiting week to week

    • You’re navigating burnout, anxiety, relationship trauma, or chronic overwhelm

    • You want focused time dedicated entirely to your healing

    • You have a busy schedule and need a more concentrated therapy format

    • Weekly therapy feels too slow or disruptive to the momentum of your work

    • You’re preparing for or recovering from a major life transition

    • You intellectually understand your patterns but still feel emotionally stuck

EMDR intensives offer longer, more focused sessions designed to support deeper processing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful therapeutic momentum in a shorter period of time. Intensives are available in-person in Los Feliz and online throughout California and Oregon.
